This wine is a bet, a gamble, a fine madness. A Piedmontese vine emigrated to Calabria to give us new and surprising sensations. For curious and open-minded wine lovers.

Vinification

Red wine-making at controlled temperature (alcoholic fermentation at 25-28°), with maceration on pomace for 15 days. 3 delestage. Malolactic fermentation at 22°.
